About HVAC Financing Peabody

A heat pump company that treats every project as a schedule: clear steps, written dates and nothing left hanging.

How We Came to Work This Way

HVAC Financing Peabody started from a pattern we kept seeing. Homeowners wanted off oil. They were interested in heat pumps. What stopped them was the sprawl: which incentive applies in a light plant city, whether the HEAT Loan is possible, who books the energy assessment, what happens to the tank and when any of it would actually get done.

So we organized the whole thing into a sequence. Program check before any numbers. Measurements before any equipment. A written proposal with an install window. Paperwork filed on a checklist, with you told when each piece clears.

That sequence is the same for a single ductless head in a sunroom and for a whole-house system replacing a forty-year-old boiler. The scale changes. The order does not.

The Goal

Every client should head into winter with a heat pump that is sized correctly, running smoothly and fully paid for in the way they planned, and with no incentive form still sitting in limbo.

Where We Put Our Effort

  • Programs checked first

Electric and gas providers confirmed before incentives or financing are discussed as numbers.

  • Cold-climate equipment

Models listed to keep heating through the hardest freezes, sized to your house.

  • Backup handled properly

Old systems removed, disconnected or wired to integrated controls according to the plan and program.

  • Forms on a checklist

Incentive and financing documents prepared, filed and tracked to completion.

  • Dates in writing

Visit, install and closeout targets listed in the proposal.

  • Phones staffed daily

Calls answered from early afternoon into the evening, weekends too.

Our Focus

Two specialties anchor every project we take on.

  • Designing and fitting cold-weather heat pumps, with or without ducts
  • Paperwork for light plant incentives, gas-account programs and the HEAT Loan

Our Service Area

We schedule projects in Peabody and nearby towns including Salem, Danvers, Lynnfield, Lynn, Saugus, Beverly, Middleton, Marblehead, Wakefield and Swampscott.
