Heat Pumps in Peabody and Surrounding Towns
Peabody, Salem, Danvers, Lynnfield, Lynn, Saugus, Beverly and the other towns around Route 1 and Route 128.
HVAC Financing Peabody schedules heat pump projects in Peabody and the surrounding towns: Salem, Danvers, Lynnfield, Lynn, Saugus, Beverly, Middleton, Marblehead, Wakefield and Swampscott. The houses have a lot in common. Capes, colonials, two-families and older multi-family buildings, many still burning oil or gas in a boiler that has seen better decades. The utilities do not. Peabody, Danvers, Middleton, Marblehead and Wakefield each have municipal electric departments with their own incentive programs, while Salem, Beverly, Lynn, Saugus and Swampscott buy power from a Mass Save utility. Since that decides which incentives and financing apply, it is the first item on our checklist.
Programs follow the provider
Municipal light plant customers and Mass Save customers have different incentive rules. Your bills tell us which applies.

One Process, Different Programs
The steps do not change from town to town. Planning call. Program check. Site visit. Written proposal with dates. Installation. Startup and paperwork.
The programs do change. In Peabody and the other municipal light plant towns, the plant's own heat pump incentive applies, and the HEAT Loan depends on whether a gas account is with a Mass Save utility. In Mass Save towns, the Mass Save electric and gas programs come into play. We settle that at step two, so every number in your proposal matches a program you can actually use.
